Purchase, sale and leasing of aircraft hulls, provision of services in the field of aviation, as well as acquisition, holding, administration, management and sale, in Switzerland and abroad, of participations in all companies, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners, in the sense of a holding company; the company may, in addition, carry out all commercial, industrial, movable or immovable operations, as well as all other advisory activities that may be directly or indirectly related to its purpose or to any similar purpose; it may grant loans to its shareholders or to third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by its shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities, or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, and pledge its assets to secure any claim.
