The company's purpose is to organize concerts and events and to provide services related thereto. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries, both domestically and abroad, and may participate in other enterprises. The company is authorized to acquire, encumber, dispose of, and manage licenses, patents, other intangible assets, and real property, both domestically and abroad, to conduct investment and loan transactions of any kind, and to provide guarantees. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to companies within the group or to third parties, including their direct or indirect shareholders or stakeholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, and may provide security for the obligations of such other companies in any form, including by pledging or fiduciary transfer of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether for a fee or not. Furthermore, the company may engage in liquidity balancing/concentration of net liquidity (cash pooling) with the aforementioned companies or join such arrangements, including periodic account balancing (zero balancing), even under preferential terms without interest, excluding the company's profit motive and assuming clustering risks. In addition, the company may conduct all types of business and carry out all commercial, financial, and other activities that are suitable for promoting the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related thereto.
