The Company's purpose is, both in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and abroad, (i) on its own account or (ii) on behalf of third parties or in participation with them and as agent, representative or commission agent, subject to the necessary authorizations and provided that the Company shall not engage in any activity that would be considered a regulated activity in the financial sector: (a) Contributing to the formation and development of companies through contributions, mergers, subscriptions or investments of any kind, by accepting mandates as directors and/or by holding and managing its participations. The management of participations includes all advisory and assistance activities in the field of strategy and business management, excluding rental properties or non-commercial properties located in Switzerland. The Company may carry out, directly or indirectly, any type of operation in the sectors of activity in which it holds or intends to hold participations. (b) Granting loans and opening credit to companies and individuals in any form; in this context, the Company may also guarantee, pledge its assets or provide security in the broadest sense of the term, carry out all commercial and financial transactions except those reserved for deposit banks, short-term deposit holders, savings banks, mortgage companies and capitalization companies. (c) Any activity related to real estate, including the acquisition by purchase or otherwise, sale, exchange, financing of real estate as well as all operations that, directly or indirectly, are related to its purpose and are intended to promote the growth of a real estate portfolio, such as maintenance, development, beautification and rental of these properties as well as guaranteeing the proper completion of commitments made by third parties who would have the enjoyment of these real estate properties, excluding rental properties or non-commercial properties located in Switzerland. (d) Providing all administrative and secretarial work as well as accounting and preparation of annual accounts, invoicing on behalf of third parties as well as providing all services in the field of computer science. (e) Providing financial, technical, commercial or administrative advice in the broadest sense of the term and providing market and organizational studies in financial, commercial and technical matters. (f) Carrying out all commercial, industrial, financial, movable or immovable operations that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose or that would facilitate its realization. It may also acquire, obtain, grant, purchase or sell all patents, trademarks or licenses. The Company may borrow in any form. 3.3 The Company may achieve its purpose, both in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and abroad, in any way it deems most appropriate.
