The company's purpose is to buy, sell, rent, promote real estate, manage properties in Switzerland and abroad, as well as hold real estate or participations in real estate companies, excluding all real estate transactions prohibited by the LFAIE. It also aims to carry out all operations related to the restoration, sale and delivery of food and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, as well as all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all movable and immovable transactions, provide guarantees, act as guarantor, grant loans to shareholders or third parties and conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of properties, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
