The association aims to promote environmental awareness, creative approaches to ecology and sustainable development, as well as to anchor a positive vision of the future that combines the care of the planet with scientific and technological progress. To this end, the association encourages international and interdisciplinary collaboration and seeks to connect the fields of art, technology, science, environment, and society. Through various exhibitions, events, concerts, artworks, and research projects, the association's guiding principles are to be brought closer to a broad audience and to initiate social change processes. With a special focus on the challenges in the urban context, the development and presentation of innovative and experimental approaches and methods are to be pursued. In addition to organizing the FLUX Art Festival, the creation of a year-round presentation and interaction platform is the goal. The association declares its intention to promote the exchange and transfer of knowledge through its activities and to contribute to the education of future generations. The association is non-profit and does not pursue any profit. To achieve its purpose, the association can also acquire and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad.
