The company's purpose is: all activities in the field of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, such as real estate development, buying and selling real estate, managing renovation projects, real estate brokerage, renting real estate, enhancing and managing real estate, concierge services, building and garden maintenance, holding real estate or participating in real estate companies, except for any operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also engage in the trade, production, rental and operation of roofs for photovoltaic installations, as well as all activities in the field of electricity and energy trading in general. As a secondary purpose, the company may, both in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable (except for any operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, secure these loans by issuing mortgages and hypothecary titles or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
