Fondation Anne-Marie Morand en faveur des handicapés

The Foundation has the following purposes: a) to provide assistance to the Foundation for the mentally handicapped (FOVAHM) in Sion by allocating funds, either for the acquisition of equipment or for direct assistance to the management of the institution; b) if the purpose of the Foundation becomes unachievable, the supervisory body will modify it in such a way that a similar institution can benefit from it, without changing its name, preferably the Anne-Marie MORAND Foundation, in favor of the hospital in Martigny. To this end, the Foundation is authorized to acquire or build buildings, to contract loans, and, in general, to carry out any operation necessary to achieve these purposes. It may solicit and receive any official or private subsidy, any donation, and conclude any useful agreement with public or private bodies. The profit and capital of the Foundation are exclusively dedicated to the aforementioned purposes. The Foundation does not pursue any lucrative purpose.
