to maintain and ensure the conservation of the "Tissières" building on parcel No 6 in Martigny, property of the foundation; to animate this building and carry out its complete restoration; to present exhibitions and provide information on themes of scientific and tourist interest, with the understanding that the earth sciences and the region of Martigny will be treated in a privileged manner; to offer spaces for the presentation of a mineralogy museum; to manage public and private collections or those on deposit in its premises, under the direction of a curator; to use the foundation's assets for cultural purposes and to contribute in general to the scientific and tourist development of the Martigny region
