The purpose of the foundation is to cover the costs of education, equipment and support of family members and similar purposes, such as promoting family sense and family cohesion, genealogical research, and honoring the memory of ancestors. In particular, the foundation aims to provide its beneficiaries, within the framework of Article 335 of the Swiss Civil Code, with the following: contributions to education and training; promotion of general knowledge; support in case of illness, disability, occupational disability or need; support in old age, particularly to alleviate frailty and disability; assistance with physical or mental impairments; equipment; promotion of family sense and family cohesion, genealogical research, and honoring the memory of ancestors. The foundation is authorized to conclude all transactions that serve the pursuit and realization of its purpose. This includes the sale or encumbrance of the foundation's assets, including the income, as well as the non-commercial granting of loans and credits. No commercial business is operated.
