Fondation CECAR

The foundation aims to provide victims of sexual abuse committed by pastoral agents of dioceses or religious congregations of the Roman Catholic Church established in Switzerland with a place for listening, exchange and seeking conciliation with the abuser, or failing that with their hierarchical superior, with a view to financial compensation; it only intervenes when the facts are time-barred; the foundation is not intended to compensate the victims (for full purpose see foundation deed).
