To support, through annual distributions based on the net income of its assets and/or a portion of its capital, the activities of the following organizations: Pro Natura - Swiss League for the Protection of Nature, in Basel, WWF Switzerland (WWF Suisse) (WWF Svizzera) (WWF Svizra), in Zurich, Greenpeace Switzerland (Greenpeace Suisse) (Greenpeace Svizzera), in Zurich, Centre social protestant de Genève, in Geneva, Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) (Medici Senza Frontiere), in Geneva, Alpen-Initiative (Alpine Initiative) (Iniziativa delle Alpi) (Iniziativa da las Alps), in Brig, Pro Natura Genève, Association Genevoise pour la Protection de la Nature, in Geneva. In the event that one or more of these organizations cease their activities during the duration of the Foundation, they will not be replaced. The distributions to these organizations are subject to a specific regulation called the Distribution Regulation. The Foundation is non-profit and does not aim to make a profit for itself.
