To promote cultural life and the dissemination of artistic works in the canton of Geneva, notably through a space dedicated to digital artistic and cultural expressions, open to the public and to artists. To this end, the Foundation may in particular: Hold real estate assets in any form; Create cultural spaces and programs accessible to a wide audience; Organize, host or financially contribute to cultural events, such as exhibitions, performances, meetings, festivals around digital arts and cultures, electronic arts and cultures, media design or any other form of artistic expression; Support local and regional cultural production and dissemination, through the provision of resources, spaces or any other means deemed relevant by the Foundation; Support and develop partnerships with any institution sharing the same objectives as the Foundation. The Foundation may carry out any operation directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The Foundation does not pursue any political or profit-making purpose.
