The foundation's purpose is to acquire, construct and manage buildings in order to provide, or assist in providing, the population, with priority given to Collonge-Bellerive, with quality housing at reasonable rents, notably but not exclusively for the benefit of cantonal and federal legislation on social housing, as well as professional, commercial, artisanal and general interest premises. To this end, the foundation may carry out any operation related to its purpose, subject to articles 16 and 17 below, notably: a) acquire, or have transferred to it, including free of charge, any building and/or part of a building; b) grant or have granted to it any right or superficies servitude; c) acquire any shares in real estate companies or cooperative society shares, establish or dissolve such companies; d) build or have built any building, carry out or have carried out all equipment work; e) transform any building; f) carry out any study, including development studies; g) contract any loan; h) rent any building; i) operate, manage and/or have managed any building; j) exceptionally grant guarantees or loans that are likely to facilitate the achievement of its purpose.
