to preserve the archives of the Maison de Marenches to enable their study and completion; to create scholarships for students in geopolitics; to collect, preserve and manage the estate of Count Alexandre de Marenches and Countess Lilian de Marenches, née Witchell, after their passing; to collect, preserve and manage any potential donations of archives; to participate in the preservation of the Universal Heritage, as far as possible; if necessary, to create, organize and direct a Geopolitics Institute by making suitable premises available if necessary.
