To provide assistance to the staff of Monte Rosa SA, including teaching staff, household and administrative personnel, as well as their dependents, who are affected by events such as old age, illness, accidents, disability or death; to maintain, supplement or improve the benefits provided by the SSH Provident Fund to which Monte Rosa SA is affiliated; in agreement with Monte Rosa SA, and when the latter makes the corresponding financial resources available, to manage Monte Rosa SA's contribution reserves, within the limits set by the cantonal tax administration (for full purpose see foundation deed).
