The Foundation's purpose is to protect the staff members of the Founder and Swiss companies that are financially and economically linked to her (hereinafter: the insured) against the economic consequences resulting from old age, disability and death. The Foundation may not allocate any benefits that are incumbent on the Founder by law or contract, nor any other benefits that have the character of remuneration for work (family allowances, cost-of-living allowances, seniority bonuses or any other salary supplement). The Foundation may also create special funds with a specific purpose within itself. The Foundation may conclude agreements with third parties, in particular insurance contracts for which it is the policyholder.
