To protect the founder's staff from the economic consequences of old age, disability and death, by providing benefits fixed by regulatory means; the staff of other companies, financially or economically closely related to the founder, may be affiliated to the foundation, subject to the approval of the foundation board and a written notification to the supervisory authority (for full purpose, see statutes).
