The Foundation's purpose is to distribute the net assets of Marguerite Ricou's estate, progressively, over a period of ten years, through allocations in favor of the following institutions with their headquarters in Switzerland and according to the distribution key indicated, specifying that the Foundation's activity develops exclusively in the Canton of Vaud, in favor of the following beneficiaries: a) For a share of 25%: MINE-EX Rotary Districts 1980, 1990 and 2000 CH/FL, CHE-110.413.284 in Burgdorf Assistance to victims of anti-personnel mines. Handicap International - National Swiss Association, in Geneva, CHE-109.984.143 Organization for people with disabilities and populations affected by anti-personnel mines or cluster bombs. Monde sans mines Foundation, in Zurich CHE-109.201.284 Demining. b) For a share of 20%: Kantha Bopha Children's Hospital Foundation, Dr. Med. Beat Richner, in Zurich CHE-109.463.476 Hospitals for children in Cambodia. c) For a share of 20%: ISREC Foundation, formerly Experimental Cancer Research Institute, in Lausanne CHE-107.945.126 Foundation to support cancer research projects. d) For a share of 10%: Open Eyes Foundation for Ophthalmology Research in Lausanne CHE-105.971.118 Promote and financially support ophthalmology research in an academic or similar setting Financially support the hospital and its patients. e) For a share of 20%: Fondation romande pour chiens guides d'aveugles, in Brenles, Commune of Lucens, CHE-108.538.373 Breeding, training and provision of guide dogs for the blind. Le Copain, Swiss Foundation for Assistance Dog Education for People with Disabilities, in Sierre CHE-178.979.268 Education of assistance dogs for people with disabilities. f) For a share of 5%: WWF, World Wide Found for Nature, foundation in Gland, CHE-109.616.395 with mention of elephant protection in Africa Conservation of the natural environment of humanity on a global scale (fauna, flora, forests, landscapes, water, soil and other natural resources). In the event that one of the beneficiaries is no longer exempt from tax due to its public utility purpose or ceases to exist, its share would be distributed among the other beneficiaries, proportionally to the shares indicated above. The activity must develop exclusively in the Canton of Vaud by allocating sums to institutions with their headquarters in Switzerland.
