To achieve this purpose, the foundation may also be required to provide funds to foundations, endowment funds or associations pursuing the same purpose as set out above, and may receive funds from these endowment funds, foundations or associations. The founder expressly reserves the right to request a modification of the foundation's purpose in accordance with Article 86a of the Swiss Civil Code. The foundation is non-profit and does not aim to make a profit. If a public corporation is legally required to provide services similar to those of the foundation, the foundation will only intervene on a fiduciary basis. Within the framework of its purpose, the foundation operates both in Switzerland and abroad.
