To promote and support all scientific, cultural and humanitarian activities it deems useful, including: promoting the study, dissemination and promotion of Asian culture, music and literature, particularly from Vietnam and surrounding countries; promoting and supporting medical research in various fields and regions, notably but not exclusively cancer and tropical diseases; awarding scholarships to individuals pursuing studies or research in the scientific, cultural or humanitarian field; supporting the development of local, private or public structures active in the aforementioned fields; collaborating with other institutions (foundations, associations, private or public companies, non-governmental organizations, etc.) pursuing a similar purpose (for complete purpose, see statutes).
