The foundation has the following purposes: a) the management and administration of protected housing units located in the building for which the municipality of Epalinges will transfer ownership to the foundation free of charge after the completion of construction work (parcel 501 of Epalinges), said housing units being intended for the benefit of elderly and disabled persons in the municipality; b) the financing of activities aimed at animating the social life of residents; c) occasional assistance to tenants or elderly persons domiciled in the municipality and facing significant financial difficulties or to finance subsidized housing in the municipality; d) the management and administration of other protected housing units and managed by the Epalogement foundation and/or social housing at moderate rents on which it could acquire property or superficiary rights (for complete purpose see foundation deed)
