Fondation Equinoxe

The Foundation is non-profit and shall not engage in any lucrative activity; the purpose of the Foundation is to preserve and rehabilitate architectural heritage, as well as to support culture in related fields, both in Switzerland and abroad. It may also be active in any philanthropic activity in the scientific, medical, cultural or social field, in favor of any institution, organization, work, association or society with legal personality and a philanthropic character; the founders reserve the right, subject to prior authorization from the Supervisory Authority, to modify or adapt the purpose of the Foundation, at the earliest from the tenth anniversary of the Foundation's establishment.
