The foundation pursues its purpose primarily in the canton of Zurich. Its objectives are: 2.1 the preservation, management and protection of the foundation's assets, as well as the permanent public exhibition of H.R. Giger's life's work in its entirety, also in the H.R. Giger Museum at Chateau St. Germain, Gruyères FR. In this context, the foundation supports the preservation of the buildings of Chateau St. Germain in Gruyères FR. 2.2 the promotion of Fantastic Art in general, the organization of exhibitions, seminars, courses, concerts and other relevant events in Zurich, but also throughout Switzerland and worldwide. 2.3 To the extent that the foundation deed does not provide otherwise and to the extent that mandatory legal provisions do not oppose, the foundation is authorized to conduct all business and take all measures that appear necessary or useful for achieving the foundation's purpose, in particular for the acquisition and management of movable and immovable assets of all kinds in Switzerland and abroad. The long-term project is the incorporation of Chateau St. Germain into the foundation in accordance with H.R. Giger's wish. 2.4 The foundation does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes. 2.5 The foundation board decides, in its discretion, on the allocation of foundation benefits within the framework of the foundation's purpose.
