To promote any action of assistance to the community and specifically to any person in a state of weakness, either by acting directly or indirectly by supporting associations or services already in place. Furthermore, the foundation sets the following goals: i. In general, the implementation of any action, respectively the participation in any action, to protect the well-being, integrity and personality of persons in a state of weakness. ii. The financing of organizations and associations working and leading actions to protect the well-being, integrity and personality of persons in a state of weakness. Only organizations that share the values and mission of the foundation are eligible. iii. The creation, promotion and dissemination of information and educational materials such as brochures, online training, seminars and any digital content that allows for the promotion of learning and exercise of solidarity and prevention actions for persons in a state of weakness, as well as their financing. iv. Support for organizations, non-governmental organizations, legal entities and all persons offering training in actions to combat harassment, violence, all forms of abuse and discrimination against and among persons in a state of weakness, specifically children, young adults, women and the disabled and elderly. v. Encouragement and development of networks aimed at protecting the well-being, integrity and personality of persons in a state of weakness, notably through financial support. Possibly collaborating with international networks that share the values and mission of the foundation. vi. Financing the training of personnel and professionals active in the protection of the well-being, integrity and personality of persons in a state of weakness in Switzerland. vii. The foundation has no profit-making purpose or any religious or political character. It undertakes to respect the principles of impartiality and equality in the assistance provided, regardless of the origin, religion or political convictions of the beneficiaries. viii. The foundation may carry out any operation directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The Foundation does not pursue any profit-making purpose.
