to cover the costs of education, training, establishment, assistance, hospitalization, convalescence or similar purposes, as well as equipment when choosing a profession or setting up when creating, taking over or developing a business, for the members of the Dianous de la Perrotine family designated as beneficiaries in Article VIII of the Foundation's Constitutive Act. None of the foundation's assets and income may be used for purposes other than those stated above. The foundation does not confer any rights on the beneficiaries, and the allocations or distributions made to them are made on a voluntary basis.
