Fondation lausannoise pour le rayonnement de la BD

The foundation aims to organize a comic book festival in Lausanne, define its philosophy and general direction, and in particular ensure its cultural goals by bringing together all audiences through the choice of creators and works of all levels and trends. It actively collaborates with the Centre BD of the City of Lausanne (Bibliothèques & Archives de la Ville service) to enhance the heritage preserved by this institution and disseminate knowledge about the 9th art. It encourages any event that takes place in Lausanne throughout the year (conferences, exhibitions, etc.) in order to develop a permanent presence of comic books (for complete purpose see foundation act).
