The financial and asset situation of the musician will be taken into account, with the foundation's goal being to assist those with modest means. It can also aid groups or associations whose purpose is to promote contemporary music through all appropriate means, such as organizing concerts or festivals, intended for a wide audience, characterized by their free admission or modest ticket prices. It can also grant scholarships to artists active in the field, under the same conditions mentioned in the first paragraph.
