The foundation's purpose is to manage, in Orsonnens, a public establishment, to manage guest rooms of a hotel and para-hotel type, to promote socio-professional reintegration solutions and employment opportunities for people in difficulty by offering, in particular: occasional jobs for people in difficulty, notably linked to addictions and concomitant issues; an assessment and (re)integration into the job market for beneficiaries; a form of integration for beneficiaries; AFP training for beneficiaries, in order to promote their sustainable integration into the job market. The foundation ensures that the establishment maintains its social role of meeting place for the population and the village societies of Villorsonnens. The foundation may carry out any ancillary commercial activity enabling it to achieve its objectives, including financing or subsidizing the costs of equipment or projects related to its objectives. It will also be authorized to solicit and receive all donations, goods, public or private subsidies, and to conclude contracts, provided that the corresponding revenues generated are allocated solely to its objectives. The foundation carries out its activities on a non-profit basis. The income generated by its activities must be allocated solely to its objectives. The foundation does not pursue a profitable purpose. The other conditions of article 86a of the Civil Code are reserved. The duration of the Foundation is unlimited.
