The Foundation aims to promote, primarily in the canton of Vaud, the professional integration of young people in difficulty or at risk of disability, by offering them a place of welcome and accompaniment as well as the opportunity to engage in activities within an agricultural operation. The Foundation will achieve its purpose through the means deemed appropriate by its Board, including: - providing food and secure accommodation on the premises; - the possibility of working on the agricultural land of the premises, contributing to a local business committed to sustainability and human values; - the possibility of participating in the development of new projects related to farm management; - teaching practical skills in the agricultural field; - guidance and support by qualified staff to enable young people to develop their autonomy, proactivity, endurance, and transversal skills, which can help them improve their work-life balance and reintegrate into the professional environment. The Foundation will have no profit-making purpose and is inspired by Christian values. The Foundation is entitled to carry out all activities necessary to achieve its purpose. It may create other foundations or legal entities. It may acquire and/or sell real estate.
