Fondation Marthe Pidoux

Foundation governed by articles 80 et seq. and 335 CC, established according to the testamentary provisions of Marthe Pidoux, with the capital depending on her estate, with the purpose of benefiting Victor Pidoux in Villars-le-Comte and Albert Pidoux in Cully or their descendants, from the income of her assets, for the payment of education, establishment and assistance costs of the members of their family, in accordance with article 335 paragraph 1 CC.
