To enable young musicians without financial means from the NEOJIBA program in the state of Bahia, Brazil, or from similar programs in countries in the Southern Hemisphere, preferably but not exclusively, to complete internships and training courses in Switzerland or other countries; to contribute to the dissemination of the pedagogical and artistic results achieved by the NEOJIBA program; to contribute to the training and professional integration of young apprentices in music, lutherie, cultural management, sound recording, and all activities related to the music profession; to lend or transfer specific musical equipment to young students without financial means; to contribute to the representation costs of the NEOJIBA program team and the NEOJIBA foundation for international exchanges with other institutions worldwide; to contribute to the national and international reputation of the NEOJIBA Foundation and the NEOJIBA program. The foundation does not pursue any lucrative or commercial purpose.
