Promotion of scientific, cultural and educational exchanges, particularly between Angola, Brazil, Portugal, the Orient and the rest of the world, notably through the promotion of training and research projects in areas of modernization and development, in order to contribute to the global reputation and strengthen the image of these three Portuguese-speaking countries as open and business-friendly to foreign investors (see founding act for full purpose).
