To work through music to strengthen peace, friendship and cooperation among peoples, respecting diversity and universality, by supporting the goals and missions of the UN through a cultural action independent of it and in line with its objectives of cooperation and peace; to this end, ensure the existence in Geneva of a non-professional classical orchestra in the broad sense, open to all, by audition.
