to provide material assistance to all projects, actions or initiatives that promote the development, continuation or completion of these; the mentioned projects, actions or initiatives must relate to development in third-world countries, world peace, respect for human dignity, non-violence, the environment, energy savings, etc.; finally, in a general sense, they will fall under the broadest conception of Human Rights or the program of the World Council of Churches, "Peace, Justice and Preservation of Creation". The foundation will be particularly attentive to all projects, initiatives or actions that contribute to developing the notion and practice of responsible investment and shareholding. To achieve its purpose, the foundation has the possibility of setting up legal structures under its responsibility, in particular by creating legal entities.
