To support and promote, primarily in Geneva, in a disinterested and independent manner from economic actors, scientific knowledge in the fields of health, medicine, biomedicine and any other scientific field that the foundation deems necessary for its activities; to encourage the transmission of academic, clinical, and patient-derived knowledge, or from any other disinterested source, to the population, particularly to patients and caregivers (cf. foundation deed for complete purpose).
