Fondation Saint-Bernard des Missions

To contribute to the growth of the Roman Catholic Church in Switzerland and worldwide, in particular by supporting the development of monastic life. The foundation will act primarily by granting subsidies, in cash or in kind, to beneficiaries such as existing or newly founded Catholic monasteries; current or former members and candidates of these communities or organizations that support them; organizations that promote Catholic doctrine, in particular through the publication or dissemination of monastic works or religious publications; any Catholic organization involved in Christian education or evangelization in countries where the foundation operates. The foundation does not pursue any profit-making or commercial purpose. If a public-law corporation is also required to provide similar services to those of the foundation, the latter will only intervene on a subsidiary basis.
