To assist and support children and adolescents who may be marginalized by society and deprived of life opportunities. It may provide financial support worldwide, but particularly in Switzerland and Belgium, to the most diverse initiatives and/or institutions aimed at supporting and maintaining children and adolescents in an educational environment. In particular, the Foundation will regularly support the Belgian law fund Amélie Davignon created within the King Baudoin Foundation, as well as any other foundation or charitable fund that may succeed it and be created in memory of Vicomtesse Amélie Davignon, and whose purposes are in line with those of the Foundation. It will ensure, to the extent possible but always at its discretion, that its support actions are sustainable in order to ensure the continuity, stability, and follow-up of the initiatives and/or institutions that will benefit from its assistance. It may also take charge of financing the school education or studies, to any degree, of any person under the age of 30 who requests it and does not have the necessary resources for this purpose, provided that this person shows a real motivation to excel in their studies as well as a purely moral commitment to help the Foundation to the extent of their own future means. The foundation does not pursue any lucrative or commercial purpose. The foundation reserves the right to modify the purpose of the Foundation.
