Fondation Terre humaine, universelle et naturelle

To provide humanitarian aid to individuals in need and disadvantaged and needy persons. The foundation may, in particular, support existing aid organizations, relief organizations, etc.; collaborate with other aid organizations, relief organizations, NGOs, etc. The foundation may extend its activities to other areas, provided they are in line with the aforementioned purpose. The foundation is not geographically limited in its pursuit of its purpose. The foundation has a non-profit character. It has no commercial purpose and does not aim to make a profit. The foundation's funds may only be used for the purposes specified in the statutes. The founders and their heirs do not receive any benefits from the foundation's funds. No person may be favored by expenses that are foreign to the purpose of the foundation or by disproportionately high remuneration.
