The Foundation is non-profit. The Foundation's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is to engage in any activity in the following areas of general interest: education, training and vocational training, as well as the implementation of cultural activities of social interest with an educational purpose; environmental protection and improvement, as well as the rational and wise use of natural resources; protection and enhancement of cultural heritage and landscape. The purpose of the Foundation is to support or create and develop educational projects inspired by the vision of the human being according to Psychosynthesis. The specificity of the model consists in integrating all aspects of the person (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) and cultivating a secular spirituality, respecting all cultures and beliefs, to enable each person to broaden their state of consciousness, as well as their ability to interact and collaborate with others and to change their relationship with themselves. The foundation is open to all beneficiaries, without distinction of age, means, culture or ethnicity. The Foundation may, by way of illustration and not exhaustively: conduct studies and research to highlight the training needs of people of all ages, sex and cultural background; train, prepare and manage a group of experts in the field of training; organize and/or support training courses and seminars; prepare, publish and distribute educational materials, including as a publisher; design new projects, support or develop existing projects; develop any other activity or initiative. To achieve its purpose, the Foundation may itself develop any initiative and/or support existing projects and institutions pursuing a similar goal, in Switzerland and abroad. It will notably enable the implementation at the international level of initiatives identified and/or designed by the Fondazione Verso, based in Florence (Italy).
