The Foundation aims to design, promote, build and manage residential properties for people in need, particularly the elderly, and usable spaces for residents and the general population, creating a positive social impact on the neighborhood, also through bank financing. The properties or parts thereof may also be rented or sold and the proceeds used to achieve the purpose. In order to create a positive impact for residents and the community in general, the Foundation may favor, promote and support with its assets, including real estate proceeds, individuals, legal entities, organizations and projects in the social, humanitarian, cultural, scientific, medical, ecological, educational and/or other areas of public utility. The foundation is mainly active in the Canton of Ticino. The Foundation may, for the achievement of its purpose, enter into cooperation agreements, merge with other entities or acquire the assets of other legal entities or acquire and hold rights or real estate. The Foundation is non-profit and is politically and confessionally neutral.
