FONDAZIONE DI PREVIDENZA PER IL PERSONALE DELLA GF CASTING SOLUTIONS NOVAZZANO SA

The foundation's purpose is to provide pension and assistance benefits to the employees of GF Casting Solutions Novazzano SA and their families, respectively survivors, in cases of old age, illness, disability, death, unemployment, Swiss military service and any other state of need not due to their fault. The foundation's benefits that are not established in a regulation (Art. 6) are discretionary and determined on a case-by-case basis by the Foundation Board, always within the scope of the purpose. The purpose can be achieved independently or through the financing of other tax-exempt pension institutions for the benefit of the founder's employees or through insurance contracts with Swiss companies subject to federal supervision. In the latter case, the foundation must be the contracting party and beneficiary of the contract. The foundation may not provide benefits for which the founder is responsible or which have a salary-like character.
