Assistance to children and young people, mainly from Lugano, to be provided also through economic aid, through public and/or private entities. Prioritizing the close relationships between the city of Lugano and the Ciani Foundation, the latter will consider with particular attention the requests for contributions from the city, reserving the right to evaluate them on a case-by-case basis, considering that they should mainly consist of interventions in favor of the youth of Lugano.
