Fondazione Focus di Arbedo-Castione

The foundation aims to realize and manage, within the jurisdiction of the municipality of Arbedo-Castione and in particular on plot no. 251 RFD of Arbedo-Castione, owned by the Beneficio parrocchiale di Castione, which will be constituted as a right of superficie, residential structures consisting of social apartments and apartments for the elderly and/or disabled (both with a certain degree of autonomy) at moderate rent, but substantially self-financed. If the apartments are not fully occupied by people on the waiting list, they may be made available to other interested parties, in order to avoid losses and ensure a balanced management.
