Fondazione KOMBILO

The purpose of the Foundation, established for public benefit, is to ensure the continuity of the business of Boltina SA, Mendrisio. The foundation promotes and supports, through the provision of financial contributions, by allocating the distribution of profits of Boltina SA in Mendrisio, after the necessary allocations to reserves and expenses, to: social or educational works; the staff of Boltina SA; the most needy and deserving employees. The Foundation is non-profit.
