To promote cultural exchange in the field of nutrition and to disseminate nutritional education; to promote and support, also financially, research in the field of nutrition, as well as training, professional development and professional integration of individuals who intend to pursue careers and work in this field in Ticino and possibly in Switzerland and abroad. To carry out any and all activities, including the distribution of contributions and subsidies to third parties in Ticino, and possibly in Switzerland and abroad, in particular to students and young people with economic difficulties or academic difficulties but professionally motivated, to pursue professional training (school or practical), to start activities in the field of nutrition and to conduct studies and research work that promote the dissemination of Ticinese food culture and tradition or that of other populations. To finance third parties engaged in pursuing similar goals, to raise funds, donations and possible loans for the achievement of the purpose. The foundation is of public utility and is non-profit.
