The foundation aims to promote philosophical studies in Switzerland; to promote and finance publications, conferences, seminars, courses, scholarships and awards related to philosophy and related disciplines, in favor of institutions that carry out teaching and/or research activities in the field of philosophy; to promote and organize structures that, following the model of English colleges, welcome particularly deserving university students from all Swiss universities, offering them accommodation, food, if necessary scholarships, and a series of academic activities, complementary to their respective study paths, with philosophy as a guiding thread and the development of logical and dialogical skills as its purpose; to collect the necessary funds to achieve the purpose, including the possible purchase of movable and immovable property. The foundation has an indefinite duration.
