The foundation's exclusive and irrevocable purpose is to initiate, support and promote school assistance programs for economically disadvantaged children and young people, including the construction of schools, both in Switzerland and abroad, with the aim of promoting their growth and educational development. Furthermore, the foundation is committed to providing support to women who have suffered physical and psychological abuse within the family, with the aim of promoting their rehabilitation and social reintegration. The foundation's activities are carried out in the public interest and for public benefit, pursuing charitable and social purposes, without any profit-making purpose. The Foundation operates in Switzerland and abroad. The Foundation may acquire, renovate and/or manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad, provided that the use of such real estate is in line with the purpose of the Foundation and has social purposes. In particular, this activity concerns school facilities or reception centers for victims of abuse in the countries of intervention. The Foundation may collaborate with other organizations and/or support them, as well as establish or participate in companies in Switzerland and abroad, provided that such companies do not have profit-making purposes or do not distribute dividends.
