The provision of assistance and benefits to the employees and pensioners of the founding company, their spouses and/or minor children, respectively surviving dependents, in cases of hardship resulting from old age, disability, death, accidents, illness or unemployment and any other causes not covered or supplementary to the benefits of the LPP pension institution. The financing of professional pension premiums at the expense of the founding company with reserves constituted by specific contributions from the employer. The contributions paid by the foundation are in principle voluntary. A direct or indirect refund of the foundation's assets to the founder is excluded.
