To support the professional training of young people residing in the municipality of Giornico for at least five years, excluding university degree studies. Preference will be given to young people who are likely to continue their activities in the municipality; to support needy elderly people, also residing in Giornico for more than five years. Such services and assistance can be offered directly to needy elderly people in the village who require care and assistance, or indirectly by organizing collective interventions (e.g. home care), cultural or recreational events, trips, pilgrimages, etc.
