The sole purpose of the company is the management of its assets or sub-funds as a collective investment scheme in accordance with the CISA and its regulations (collective investment legislation) as well as the increase of the investor share capital and the distribution activities for its investor shares. The Real Estate SICAV invests the investor assets in the investments provided for in Art. 59 CISA, in particular: a. Real estate including accessories; b. Participations in and claims against real estate companies, whose sole purpose is the acquisition and sale or the leasing and subleasing of their own real estate, provided that at least two thirds of their capital and votes are united in the real estate fund; c. Shares in other real estate funds and listed real estate investment companies up to a maximum of 25% of the total fund assets; Co-ownership of real estate is only permissible if the SICAV can exercise a controlling influence. The Entrepreneur Sub-Fund of the Real Estate SICAV mainly invests in liquid securities (money market funds, short-term bonds, cash, etc.). The Real Estate SICAV may also acquire movable and immovable property that is essential for the direct exercise of its operational activities. The Real Estate SICAV may, within the broadest legally permissible scope, take all measures and conduct all transactions that it deems appropriate and appropriate to achieve its purpose.
